CNRL expands deployment of Mobile Badge Management security solution from Enterprise Air, Inc.

ALBERTA, CANADA - December 22, 2006 - Enterprise Air today announced the successful expansion of its Mobile Badge Management deployment at Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNRL). The deployment included a near-doubling of the deployed mobile handhelds, as well as a complete software upgrade to the MBM version 3.0 software platform.

CNRL, a major petrochemical company with facilities concentrated in the Canadian oil sands, uses Mobile Badge Management to extend its existing Honeywell access control system with handheld card readers. The handheld card readers are used by security administrators to create new security checkpoints in locations without existing card-readers, and by roaming guards to perform spot-checks within the secure area, and as a backup for existing equipment. Mobile Badge Management's ruggedized handhelds, designed to withstand harsh physical environments, have been used successfully by CNRL in temperatures as low as -20 degrees Celsius, with enough battery life to sustain each security guard through the duration of their shift.

By integrating Mobile Badge Management with its existing Honeywell access control system, guards using the handhelds always have the latest information about cardholders and their access permissions. CNRL is also able to track entry and exit times for each cardholder, and review them on a central system; CNRL has already begun making significant use of this access data, recording on average more than 500 entry and exit events per handheld per day.

"The CNRL deployment is another great example of how software and mobile devices can be used to solve critical problems in physical security. Mobile Badge Management has proven very valuable to CNRL, and has greatly extended the utility of their existing Honeywell access control system," said Doug Sundheim, Director of Business Development for Enterprise Air.

Transportation Security Administration Deploys Mobile Badge Management and Authenticator ID Verification Devices for Secure Vehicle Entry

WASHINGTON, D.C. - December 15, 2006 - Enterprise Air has recently completed its Mobile Badge Management Software installation with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). The system of 10 JETT XL devices is used as backups for main lobby entries as well as verifying the credentials of all passengers in cars entering the parking facilities.

Having integrated with TSA's physical access control system gives TSA the capability of downloading all badge holder, and photos to the handheld devices to give officers the ability to quickly identify and determine if cardholders in question are allowed to obtain access to set locations. With the use of Crystal Reports, TSA can now merge data from both access systems to generate complete reports.

Syncrude deploys Enterprise Air's Mobile Badge Management ID Verification Solution to Extend Security at its Oil Refineries

FORT MCMURRAY, CANADA - November 30, 2006 - Enterprise Air has completed a successful deployment of its Mobile Badge Management product with Syncrude Canada Ltd., including two-way synchronization of cardholder data and access events with Syncrude's existing physical access control system (PACS).

Syncrude Canada Ltd., a joint venture of several major oil companies, uses Mobile Badge Management's handheld card readers to extend and augment its existing security system. The ruggedized handhelds enable security guards to create checkpoints at any location throughout the facility, and to track work crews as they enter and exit secure areas.

Two-way synchronization of Mobile Badge Management with Syncrude's PACS system enables security guards to automatically download cardholder data and access permissions to the handhelds, and then to automatically upload card exit and entry events to the PACS. This provides Syncrude's security administrators with a single history of all access events.

General Services Administration chooses Mobile Badge Management solution to ensure Continuity Of Operations (COOP)

NEW YORK, NY - September 30, 2006 - Enterprise Air has recently deployed its Mobile Badge Management Software to the General Services Administration (GSA) in New York City.

Having integrated with GSA's physical access control system (PACS) helps ensure Continuity of Operations (COOP) during evacuations to administer access control within the building when all permanently installed readers would be off.

The Mobile Badge Management System gives GSA the ability to read PIV II Smart Cards as well as enforce tighter security when threat levels may rise by enforcing pin code verification stored on the card. The application is also intended for backups to the installed readers as well as delivering access control to temporary areas where readers are not installed.

Established in 1949, The GSA's mission is to "help federal agencies better serve the public by offering, at best value, superior workplaces, expert solutions, acquisition services and management policies.

USDA deploys Enterprise Air's Physical Security Interconnect system

FORT COLLINS, COLORADO - August 31, 2006 - The United States Department of Agriculture has recently deployed Enterprise Air's Physical Security Interconnect solution, using it to connect the central identity management system (IDMS) which issues ID cards to USDA employees and contractors, and to the on-site physical access control systems (PACS) that control electronic gates and doors at USDA facilities nationwide.

Enterprise Air's Physical Security Interconnect (PSI) platform is a technology solution for synchronizing any kind of data between central and local security systems - particularly systems that manage ID cards, and data about the cardholders that use them.

The deployment of Enterprise Air PSI, currently in trials, offers a way for USDA to automatically synchronize their centralized IDMS data with PACS systems at more than 500 agency buildings and locations around the country. Enterprise Air PSI extracts data records from USDA's IDMS system, which is based on Microsoft Active Directory, and transmits them to every PACS system, including personnel data, vital statistics, and card status and revocation information.

With PSI, security guards at every facility can receive up-to-the-minute cardholder data and make security clearance decisions more securely. Most importantly, PSI ensures that when cards are lost or revoked, every PACS system receives an update immediately, so that anyone holding those cards is automatically denied access from every building.

"The USDA deployment is a very powerful illustration of our PSI technology," said Michael Hejtmanek, CEO of Enterprise Air. "With PSI, the USDA is able to take a time-intensive, error-prone data entry and configuration procedure, and make it completely reliable and automatic. A USDA security administrator can update someone's badge status with a single mouse-click, and that change will be respected immediately at every electronic door and gate throughout the agency. It's an incredible improvement to their security and a great way to reduce costs."

PSI was designed by Enterprise Air to be highly secure, fault-tolerant and compatible with the widest possible range of IDMS and PACS technologies. Enterprise Air has spent years partnering with top PACS vendors and maintains an extensive library of connectors to their PACS systems, across multiple versions.
